Reunion West POA Gate Access Management

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reunion West POA gate access management system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides gate access management including guest access code generation, gate control, activity logging, and reporting for authorized community or property use.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify the system administrator immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of managing gate access. You may not:

• Use the Service to grant unauthorized access to the property
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Access data belonging to other users without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code

5. Data Collection and Privacy

The Service collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and processing.

6. Access Codes and Gate Operation

Access codes are temporary and expire after a short period. The Service operator and property management are not liable for unauthorized entry resulting from shared or intercepted access codes. Users are responsible for verifying the identity of guests before granting access.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or network issues may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, property damage, personal injury, or unauthorized access resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service provider from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of material changes.

11. Termination

The Service provider may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at the discretion of the property management.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
